The media could not be loaded.I live on island so I had issues with shipping so im not worried about that. Other than the shipping box being destroyed, the only damage was a broken air regulator mount. My biggest issue was the foot pedal stickers. They were totally incorrect and I had to remove them and use a permanent market to label. The balancer is interesting to use since it has no clear instructions and the buttons must be left overs from something else. I just start pressing buttons to see operation and then mark it with permanent marker. The balancer screen is litterally a recycled tv case which is cool to reuse things like that/use existing molds. Overall it works great. I would be happy if I got a new air regulator and stickers for pedals. Also pack all the bearings for the arms as they were just oiled. I would also suggest a better tire mounting head as this one kind sucks to use vs others. Another thing to note is the adjustment of the wheel clamps. They are adjusted with an Allen wrench and not just normal quick adjust button like other units. Hopefully most parts are interchangeable with higher end units.
