I really like the way this board looks on my fridge! The magnets are super strong and the set was easy to set up. I’ve read that the cup and towel may have weak magnets but I’ve had no problem whatsoever with any of these items as far as hold goes. The markers are bright and the tips write smooth. No ink bleeding or smearing. I really like that there’s optional background colors. You can charge it with your mood or room decor. I just like options.Why 4 stars you ask?? First but only a minor issue. The towel itself is kind of cheap. Doesn’t quite wipe the board clean unless you put a little pressure on it. Maybe even water. No big deal. Now when I pulled them from the box, I can easily see that there was a protective film on the boards in which one side, of each board, came off very easily. You grab the edge, pull back, no problem. Then there’s the other side. I had no idea there was film on both sides because they were near impossible to see unless you’re in the right light or if you read the instructions thoroughly. It says, “remove film from both sides”. I was really confused because one side came off so easily and no matter how much I tried, it was dang near impossible to get ahold of the 2nd side. I believe it was the front side of both boards. I was sure they had made a mistake because there was no getting that film off. I tilted the board a little and saw some very tiny bubbles under the film so yes, it was definitely there. I had to grab a very sharp razor blade and scraped the corners of the boards and I thought for sure I was just scratching the héľļ out of the board but then it happened!! A tiny piece of the film finally came off and I was able to grab it with my fingers and then it finally came off. I have never had a product with a protective covering that was this difficult to remove. I’m going to say it’s a safe bet to assume that some people just gave up.It really tried my patience. So 4 stars. I spent more time trying to remove the film than I did ordering the product, unwrapping the box and putting it together. That should not have happened.Overall, great functionality, nice easy layout, decent accessories and strong hold. I would recommend this for sure.
