I have a new puppy, though she is not my first dog. Said first dog had much better leash manners and never, ever chewed up her leashes. This pup has already destroyed both of my first dog’s leashes, and she pulls terribly with the four foot leash she came with, so I’m constantly shortening it with my other hand.Enter this 2 ft option. I wasn’t sure if it would be too short, but it turns out to be just right. The padded handle means that my neuropathy isn’t aggravated when she’s pulling. The short length and strong rope keep her in better control somehow. I don’t understand how, but for some reason, it feels like she pulls less with these. I love getting the set of two; we have a few ways in and out of the house, and I like to have a leash handy near each, just in case.I don’t know if she will chew this or not. My guess is, yes, because why not? (Puppies.) But if she managed somehow to destroy these, I’d still order them again. I like them that much, and it’s hard to find a 2 ft leash on here. These priced out the best and are well made from what I can tell so far. Worth it!!!
