It’s a nice leash, doesn’t work well for my dog, but that’s not the leashed design fault. If your dog is strong/heavy you might want a leash without the stretch this has. If your dog goes to run at something when he hits the end of the leash the tention created is increased due to the bungee effect. Which might make it more comfortable for the dog, not sure. But for the handler it increases the strength required to control the dog. My 50 lb whippet mix does perfect on it, shes a perfect walker though. I’ve got a 80 lb mastiff puppy, not happening, atleast not safely, and I’m rather fit and very use to handling large dogs. Instead I’ve decided to use it as a tether, works great for that, he can fly to the end and it has some give so it doesn’t hurt him. It is strong I’ll mention that, he chews it at times and it’s still perfectly fine which is sayjng something. I’d recommend as a tether or for dogs under 40/50 lbs or so.
