The media could not be loaded.Great heavy-duty scrubber for your cast iron. I love that the triple rings around the stainless steel mesh are raised, giving you a lot of surface area for scrubbing. The raised rings do a great job of loosening and removing stuck-on crud.To use:1) Use the plastic scraper to get as much of the goo and solids stuck to your cast iron as you can.2) Then pour some hot water into your cast iron skillet.3) Then use the scrub sponge to loosen anything remaining. The action of the rings works really well, and within a couple of minutes, your pan is clean4) Rinse with hot water and pat dry5) Although it is optional, I like to reheat my pan on the stove to make sure I kill any bacteria that might still be living on my pan, but I think that is more of a psychological need for me to feel safe than it is a requirement. Afterward, with the pan still slightly warm. I like to put a little bit of oil on a paper towel and go over the interior of the pan just to keep everything rust-resistant.The bottom line is that this is a terrific cleaner for cast iron and I couldn’t be happier with it!I hope you find my review helpful!
