I was a hesitant to purchase this pan. I am not familiar with the name and the inclusion of holders, lid, and scrubber/scrapers made the price a little to good to be true. Granted I have only used it a few times so far, it has exceeded my expectations. The pan is well made and virtually indistinguishable from any other cast iron pan I have. I did take the time to wash and season the pan as described on the box and in the cookbook and it cooks well. As with most cast iron it should continue to improve with more seasoning. The glass lid fits/works well but I would not use it over 350 degrees as I do not believe it can handle the higher temps. It does require you to install the handle which comes in a separate bag. The silicone holders work well but the heat can overcome them if holding a hot pan for more than a few minutes. When installed the holders are not a tight fit. They are a little loose which makes popping them on and off easy but also allows them to move while on the pan. Overall I am happy with this setup.
